ROOM TARIFFS

All rates are inclusive of VAT and full English breakfast. Rooms are all en-suite, with hospitality trays, power shower, hairdryers and cable TV.

Breakfast is cooked in the aga, using fresh local produce and is served from 7.00am to 8.30am Monday to Saturday, and 8.30am to 9.30am on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

For reservations in advance, a credit card number or deposit is required to confirm your booking.

A 72 Hour Cancellation policy operates - i.e. by 16:00pm hours 72 hours prior to the guest's arrival in order to avoid charges.

Check in - please note that check in is from 4pm or earlier by prior arrangement. Check out - guests are kindly requested to vacate their rooms by 10.00am on the day of departure.

A two night minimum stay is required for certain weekends of the year. A three night minimum stay is required during the Badminton Horse Trials.
